Membership is for existing clients who want ongoing surveys and H&S paperwork handled on a recurring basis, rather than booking one job at a time. New to Sitesafe? Start with a one-off survey under Pay As You Go — membership pricing is available once your first job is complete.
Membership requires a 6-month minimum term, then rolls monthly and can be cancelled anytime after that. All prices exclude VAT. If you cancel within the minimum term, any survey already received is charged at the standard one-off rate, with membership payments made deducted. Membership clients also get first refusal on emergency callouts ahead of one-off bookings.

Set it once. We'll keep it current. Your health & safety paperwork, handled once a year and then off your plate — NEBOSH-qualified risk assessments, RAMS and policy documents tailored to your business, reviewed and reissued before anything lapses.
The Continuity Plan is billed as a single annual payment. All prices exclude VAT. Sitesafe acts as your named contact for the year, reviewing your documentation before renewal so nothing quietly goes out of date. Note: this service assists you in meeting your legal duty to appoint a competent person — responsibility for health & safety compliance remains with your business at all times.
